TANTYDENIM is a Guangzhou-based custom denim development and production coordination partner for women’s, men’s and full-category private-label collections. Standard MOQ is 50 pcs per style and colour. Trial orders from 30 pcs per style and colour may be reviewed subject to fabric availability, wash, trims, construction and size breakdown. Mixed sizes are available; the final workable quantity is confirmed for the project. Customization can include fabric, fit, wash, trims, private-label details, packaging, embroidery and selected laser details.

Can I develop 30–50 custom denim jackets from reference pictures?
Reference pictures can start a first discussion. Standard MOQ is 50 pcs per style and colour. Trials from 30 pcs per style and colour may be reviewed against fabric stock, wash, custom trims, construction and size breakdown. A cropped jacket or oversized trucker jacket may require different pattern and consumption checks.
What needs to be confirmed before the jacket sample?
Share the intended body length, shoulder fit, sleeve volume, collar, pockets, closure, fabric weight, wash, artwork, labels, size range and quantity. We can help clarify missing technical details, then review fabric sourcing and sample requirements with suitable production partners.
