TANTYDENIM respects the privacy and confidentiality of information shared with us by website visitors, prospective clients and existing clients.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website, project enquiries, uploaded development files, and interactions with TANTYDENIM’s Facebook and Instagram business accounts.

1. Information You Provide to Us

You may provide information to TANTYDENIM when you:

  • Submit a Request a Quote or other enquiry
  • Contact us by email
  • Send product references, sketches or tech packs
  • Upload artwork, wash references, fit specifications or other project files
  • Communicate with us regarding sampling, product development or an order
  • Comment on or interact with our Facebook or Instagram business accounts

The information provided depends on the nature of your enquiry or project.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted to TANTYDENIM is used only for legitimate business purposes related to your enquiry or project, including:

  • Reviewing project requirements
  • Evaluating product-development feasibility
  • Preparing sampling or development discussions
  • Coordinating fabric, fit, wash, trims and other product requirements
  • Preparing quotations or project communication
  • Supporting sampling and order execution
  • Responding to your questions or requests

We do not sell personal data.

3. Confidential Project Files

Project materials such as tech packs, sketches, artwork, reference images, specifications, wash references and other development files are treated as confidential project information.

Access to these materials is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

Project materials are not intentionally shared with unrelated third parties.

Where selected manufacturing or production partners require specific information in order to support sampling, development or production, TANTYDENIM may provide only the project information reasonably necessary for that particular stage of work.

Where practical, unnecessary commercial or personal information is excluded before project materials are shared for production-related purposes.

4. Storage and Access

Project files under TANTYDENIM’s direct control are managed by Summer and are intended to be kept separate from unrelated personal files.

We take reasonable steps to limit access to project information and to avoid unnecessary copying or distribution.

Website uploads and electronic communications may also involve technical systems, hosting infrastructure, email services or other processing necessary to transmit the information to us. We therefore do not represent that a submitted file exists only on one physical device at every stage of transmission.

5. Retention and Deletion of Project Files

Project files may be retained while they are required for product development, sampling or order execution.

After sample development or an order is completed, TANTYDENIM may ask whether you would like us to retain the project files for future development, repeat orders or related work.

If you ask us not to retain the files, we will delete the project files under our direct control as reasonably practicable.

Because electronic systems may involve temporary files, service-provider records or backups outside our direct day-to-day control, we do not promise that every technical copy can always be removed immediately from every system.

6. Manufacturing and Production Partners

TANTYDENIM operates as a custom denim development and production coordination partner.

Some projects may require selected manufacturing partners or specialist production partners to receive limited project information in order to complete sampling, washing, trims, production or related work.

We aim to follow a minimum-necessary-information approach and do not intentionally provide unrelated confidential project information to partners that do not require it.

7. Facebook and Instagram Interactions

TANTYDENIM operates Facebook and Instagram business accounts.

Our social management tools are used by authorised TANTYDENIM personnel to review and respond to interactions on TANTYDENIM-owned social accounts.

When a person comments on our Facebook Page or Instagram business account, Meta may provide the comment content and related public account information to us so that we can review the interaction and prepare or send a response.

We do not sell personal data obtained through these interactions.

8. Meta Webhook Records

Webhook event records used specifically for Facebook and Instagram interaction management may be retained for up to 7 days, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve a technical or support matter.

This 7-day period applies to Meta webhook event records and does not define the retention period for customer project files, tech packs, artwork or other development materials.

9. Your Requests

You may contact TANTYDENIM to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information or project files that we hold and can reasonably identify.

We may need sufficient information to confirm the request and locate the relevant records.

For contractual, intellectual-property, payment or other legally significant matters, rights and obligations may also depend on the specific agreement and applicable law.

10. Data Security

TANTYDENIM takes reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect information under our control and to reduce unnecessary access or disclosure.

However, no website, email system, computer, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should avoid sending information that is not necessary for the project.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, business processes, technology or data-handling practices change.
