For an OEM project, we review your tech pack, measurements, construction, wash and branding requirements. For an ODM-style project, you can start with reference photos or an existing garment; we identify missing fit, fabric, wash and trim decisions before sampling. Our standard starting quantity is 50 pieces per style and colour with mixed sizes; 30–49-piece trials require project-specific feasibility review.
How do you evaluate a reliable denim production partner?
Ask what will be checked against your approved sample: finished measurements and tolerances, wash shade and appearance, construction and trim details, revision history, and pre-shipment quality checks. We coordinate those checkpoints with the selected production partners; a reference photo is not a final specification, and sample approval is required before proceeding.

The number is not a blanket promise for every fabric, wash or trim combination. We review the actual style, material availability, wash process, custom trims and size breakdown before confirming the workable quantity. Smaller trial runs can be reviewed as project-specific exceptions when the setup is realistic.

Grading and size distribution are reviewed against the actual brief and approved sample; they are not assumed from a fixed ratio.
